Vlogging is taking over our world and they say the future form of entertainment will be daily vlogs and us watching daily lives of people. There are many popular vloggers out there like Zoella, Casey Neistat, Fouseytube, Roman Atwood, KSI, ComedyShortsGamer, FazeRug and many more. These vloggers use the latest vlog gear that can be quite pricy like the new canon cameras and the expensive wide angle lenses but we are beginners and we cannot afford the latest cameras and gear. So what do we use if we are on a shoe string budget?
If your a beginner you could use:-
1] Your iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone for vlogging. These new smartphones are coming with better cameras every year and they can do more things like zoom without losing focus. If you cannot get a new camera then use your smartphone they can capture videos in good quality.
2] If you can afford to do so buy a cheap point and shoot from amazon you can get some for under £70. Or you can use a sports camera that cost around the same, these are cheaper versions of GoPro that offer similar quality.
If you can go ahead and afford a great camera equipment then you could purchase similar gear to the big vloggers out there:
1] Canon EOS 70D Digital SLR Camera – This is the best camera with crisp video quality. They are also strong and reliable.
2] A tripod to hold camera with accessory – This make its easy to manoeuvre and hold the camera.
3] A great point and shoot Canon GX7 camera
4] A microphone for the Canon EOS 70D for better sound quality
If you are using a point and shoot and when it gets really windy the sound recored in not very clear and can ruin your vlog so what you can get is a wind muffler.
5] Wind Muffler for Point and shoot microphone
These items are great for vlogging and if you are going to go in and start buying some the high end gear then make sure you have some of a following already. We wish you the best in your vlogging journey and if you are vlogging and not seeing the results you expect don’t worry just carry on vlogging and follow your passion, the crowd will come. It takes times.
