Tesla’s new very affordable self driving Model 3

Tesla is a very innovative brand that create some very smart, ahead of their time cars. Now they have created the new Model 3. This car is priced at an affordable $35000 and what you get for the price is second to none. No car can really offer you what Tesla offer and that is a very smart, semi autonomous/autonomous (comes with a package at a cost) driving car with some of the off the chart stats. It’s designed really well, looks like Tesla and that is an overall very smooth futuristic design. It is smaller than the Model S making like slightly stubbier. On top the glass roof stretches from the bottom of the windshield into the hunched rear end, although the Model 3 does not have a hatchback boot. Instead, a second storage space lies under the bonnet.

“Model 3 combines real world range, performance, safety and spaciousness into a premium saloon that only Tesla can build. Our most affordable car yet, Model 3 achieves 215 miles of range per charge while starting at only 35,000 USD before incentives. Model 3 is designed to attain the highest safety ratings in every category.” Tesla.com

This Model 3 has great stats and it can achieve 215 miles of range per charge with a battery smaller than 60 kWh (different packs will be available at a cost), can do 0-60mph in under 6 seconds, can seat 5 adults and because its Tesla we know it will be a very safe car. It also has supercharge capability and auto-pilot hardware.

As you can see above the interior in standard Tesla with its big 15inch centre console screen that can control the car and give all types of feedback like tyre pressure etc. It was designed to be minimalistic to give it a futuristic look and Tesla have achieved that no problem.

Starting price in USD. Local pricing will be announced in 2017.
Production begins mid 2017.
Delivery estimate for new reservations is mid 2018 or later.
