Maserati feel like a boutique brand and one that is exotic and foreign. Maserati also create some great, stylish cars and one of them is this new Maserati Levante. Looking at it, it looks similar to other 4×4’s like the Porsche Cayenne. The design on this car is somewhat odd, the front looks aggressive with the narrow headlights and sharp design. How the top of the car meets the rear is odd with the bulging rear panels. The rear is not as nice as some of its rivals and is pretty standard.
“Maserati’s unmistakable design is showcased beautifully in the sleek, sporty silhouette that features three iconic eye-catching air vents on the front wings. The assertive style of the front grille references the great sporting Maserati’s of the past, and features the legendary Trident badge the ultimate symbol of exclusivity, refinement and elegance.” Maserati
The Interior is classic Maserati with a lot of nice wood and leather an 8.4-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Siri and Android Auto are standard. It’s also luxuriously designed with a decent infotainment system. Premium leather, fine woods, platinum-effect metals, handcrafted contrast stitching, and much more — Levante’s interiors are a feast of excellence. From the premium finishings all the way to high-tech accessories, the Levante features all the uncompromising luxury only Maserati can offer.
The Maserati Touch Control 8.4inch screen provides effortless control over the on-board equipment and features. Fine-tuning the climate control, accessing iPhone or Android smartphones, setting a route on the sat nav, or selecting the perfect soundtrack for your journey are only a tap away. And by using the Aux-in and USB sockets or the SD card reader, the MTC can play music, films or display images.
Stunning style, inside, as well as outside. Extra-spacious interiors and superbly ergonomic front seats hug their occupants, providing excellent support, regardless of the terrain. Passengers in the rear benefit from an asymmetrically split, leather seats that comfortably accomodates up to three people.
Two twin-turbo V-6s are offered: one with 345 hp, the other with 424 hp. Both have an eight-speed automatic with all-wheel drive. The ride is compliant on-road; off-road, the Levante is quite competent.
