A good fitness band review: The Fitbit Charge HR

The Fitbit Charge HR is one of the best fitness band on the market today. It has a nice discreet, comfortable look along with great specs. The Fitbit comes in two sizes, small and large along with a display of 0.7-inch OLED, a weight of 22g and is compatible with Android, iOS and Windows Phones. Battery life is 5 days and the Fitbit connects through Bluetooth 4.0. The Fitbit is now able to auto-detect exercises such as cycling and running and with its improved pulse tracking and the ability to set more demanding weekly fitness goals, the Charge HR is now better than ever. With an altimeter to tell you how many steps you’ve climbed, a pulse counter for better more accurate calorie counting during your exercise, plus Fitbit’s excellent app and social ecosystem, this remains the best fitness band. Prices vary depending on size and colour and start at around £95.
