5 tips to get the body you want
We all dream of having a body that we will be happy with. The question is how can we go about achieving that? We get motivated and hyped for a while to start going to the gym and working out, but then it all stops and we come back to where we were before. We forget about the gym and continue with our lives sometimes still wanting the body we want. We need to have a plan in place to make sure we achieve what we want. Here are 5 key tips to help you get the body you want.
5] Find some time in your busy day
We all have busy days and we all have busy lifestyles. We need to find an half an hour or an hour that we can spare, where we can sacrifice our less important activities if possible in that time for a more important one that will get us some useful results like a workout. It will take hard work to get what we want and we need to know that and enjoy the grind. That way we can achieve what we want. So set reminders on your phone and organise your daily calendar and try to get some time in for a workout.
4] Small amounts of time  
Set aside small amounts of time a few days a week for working out and build it in to your week gradually. You can go to the gym and spend an hour everyday and come the third week we can start slacking off because we start doing too much too soon. Start small and build up. So go to the gym for half an hour/ 45 mins / hour, 2-3 times a week and get in a solid workout for a part of the body you want to develop. If you can handle this regularly then increase the time and frequency if you need to in manageable periods. We are all different and different things work for each and everyone of us.
3] Start looking after yourself
Eat well and eat healthy. Eat only when your hungry and don’t eat because you can. It is hard to control ourselves when we see something really attractive and delicious that we want to eat like a nice dessert or a greasy burger. But to keep that body healthy we need to limit and control what we put in it. It is ok to eat that burger once every week or two but have a daily meal plan and keep on top of it. It will be hard but it will be worth it when you see those results that you have been after.
2] Motivation
Keep positive or keep negative it is a choice and nobody cares which you make! It sounds mean but it is true, the only person that is ever going to care and look after you is you. When you laugh the whole world laughs with you when you cry you cry alone. Always look after yourself, eat well, educate yourself, work hard (work hard + consistently + over time = Success), workout, exercise, travel, work and more. Keep a positive mindset and look at everything that helps you achieve that and when you get that feeling of not wanting to do anything push it out.
1] Keep going 
The results won’t come on day one, or week one. They will come over time. You need to stick at something over time and then you will see results, so don’t look after day one and say nothing is happening so lets forget about going to the gym. Even on days when you don’t see anything happening stick at it, you will be glad you did when you see results down the line. Also it will build in discipline and that hard work ethic, even when it looks like nothing will show. It will show but it takes time.
