5 different but healthy ways to eat peanut butter

Peanut butter is delicious. It has many health benefits and provides energy for when you workout and play sport. This amazing food does not only suppress hunger For Weight Loss but also is high in sugar and contains healthy fats and protein that help meet nutritional needs. In Africa for example it treats acute malnutrition and has positive long-lasting effects. 1] With Nutella (my personal favourite)

4] With fruit 

You will love this. Cut up some fruit or make a fruit salad and add a tablespoon of peanut butter all over the top. Believe us it goes very well with fruit. The thickness of the peanut butter with the juices of the fruit will have you humming umm umm umm.

5] As a side dressing 

Peanut butter is versatile. Have you tried it with chicken? Lamb? Pizza? Salad?

Well, you should. It goes great with salad and chicken. Try a few things and experiment you never know you may end up liking a combo you never would have thought possible.

Bonus: 

*With toast (use seeded bread if possible but any bread will do)

Toast a slice of bread, spread on some peanut butter, cut up some bananas and place them on top, drizzle over with some Honey and you can throw some seeds on top or just take a bite and enjoy.
